Provision of consultancy design services for stand alone consultants care clinic, modular based with central reception.

The services provided for this private consultants care clinic consisted of stand alone electrical metering for modular application providing independent thermostatically controlled heating, ventilation.

All incoming services were marshalled at an external point. Full independent metering was provided for each modular unit and rising main.

All units are serviced by a full high speed data structured communication system including addressable access and disabled access facilities. All areas, including general public areas are serviced by heating, ventilation and air conditioning

Griffeen Valley Nursing Home
Full Mechanical and Electrical services

Including low pressure hot water heating, water services, ventilation, full Electrical services, emergency lighting services, fire detection and CCTV facilities.


St. Fintans Hospital, Portlaoise
The work undertaken was the disconnection and decommissioning of large turf fired steam boilers.

Including storage facilities, bucket transfer and worm facilities. Modification of existing boiler house for the changeover from steam operation to low pressure hot water facilities and the design, installation and modification of existing services to accept new gas fired boilers. It should be noted that while all of this work was being undertaken it was necessary to maintain operation of the hospital steam and low pressure hot water boiler plant.


St. Lomans Hospital, Mullingar
The work undertaken was the disconnection and decommissioning of large turf fired steam boilers.

Including storage facilities, bucket transfer facilities and warm facilities. Provision of new boilerhouse for the changeover from steam operation to low pressure hot water facilities and the design, installation and modification of existing services to accept new oil fired gas boilers. It should be noted that while all of this work was being undertaken it was necessary to maintain operation of the hospital, steam and low pressure hot water boiler plant.

Weir Home Reidential and Care Centre
Redesign and refurbishment of full Mechanical and Electrical services.

Including low pressure hot water, domestic hot water, fire fighting, ventilation, cooking and kitchen facilities.
