General lighting, Emergency lighting, Disco lighting, Decorative lighting, Centralised invertor driven emergency lighting services
Extensive automatic fire detection systems and CCTV facilities were provided.The Mechanical installations consisted of a high level of air conditioning including centralised air handling plant, chilling plant and full distribution systems throughout the multi-storey facilities. The systems use optimised free energy and heat recovery systems.
An internal fire fighting drenching system was provided for emergency escape routes

Buswells Hotel, 70 bedroom 4 Star Luxury city centre Hotel, Dublin
Extensive refurbishment of this landmark city hotel was undertaken. The nature of this building posed serious restrictions to the various modern services that would be required. The work undertaken consisted of new boiler house centralised gas plant facilities, flue dilution facilities thus eliminating the requirement for a high rise flue, full low pressure hot water heating distribution and ventilation systems, extensive hot water and plumbing and water facilities and fire fighting facilities.

The Electrical installation consisted of new ESB mains incoming services, Main switchboard sub distribution facilities, Emergency lighting, Decorative lighting, General lighting and scene management systems

Complete redesign and refit of Mechanical and Electrical services for this modern bar/restaurant facility including:

Complete renovation and upgrade of the Loughlinstown leisure centre including:

The Electrical installation was a full refit of the existing and extended building and included
